Ellie Pics-better late than never
Here are some favorites of the last 6 months of Ellie. Man how time has flown and how she has grown. Ellie is currently chatting up a storm, although it is still hard to decipher what she is saying at times. Loves to be outside, loves stairs, enjoys eating snow; overall just a little joy! Enjoy some pictures.

Awaiting the Baby
The due date has come and gone and we are in the under 24 hour realm of inducing. At this time tomorrow unless nature decides to take over and push Katie into labor we will being the process of inducing labor.
These last 2 weeks have been the most exciting and on edge days i can remember. We have had a span of 6 days where labor seemed to be coming on with contractions becoming closer together, crampiness in the stomach area, backache, other items the lay-reader will probably not want to know; and each time we are stuck with false labor. One of the things that does not help is Katie has been contracting since week oh lets say 26. Some women will not contract until it is time for Labor. Not Katie. My little preggy pu has been staying positive with the contractions and hoping for real labor to come at any time.
But before we make the jump into parenthood i wanted to say a couple things: 1-Thank you all for your love and support over the last 9 months and really since we have known you. Because of our friends and family we are the people we are today and we are blessed. We are excited you are excited to see the little one and know little Ellie will be welcomed into the world by all of you with open arms.
2-When this time comes in your life when you will have a kid or if you know someone who going to have a kid and you are super excited...the parents will tell you when they have had the baby. When Katie and I were still working (she has been off for a week and i took last Friday and tomorrow off) we would get the question, "Have you had the baby yet?" This is sort of a funny question because we would be there, you would think if we had the baby we would not be there.
But when you get repeated phone calls and texts asking if the baby is here...trust me when i say it gets old. It is kind of like getting that question when you are in High School, "Where are you going to Collge?" or "What are you going/did you major in?" After a while the question gets a little tiresome.
So as i am about to venture onto the land of dreams, let me assure you, when the little one is here all of you will know. Emails will be sent, phone calls made, the mass networks are on call awaiting the launch codes to tell you the news. This may have sounded like whining, but take this as a thank you. thank you for the love and support during this time and let us say, when the baby is here you will all know :)
God bless and have a great day or night-depending on when you read this!
